Eric is a Foundation Year Doctor currently based at the Alexandra Hospital, Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. Previously, he has worked at Hammersmith Hospital, Northwick Park Hospital, Hillingdon Hospital, Ealing Hospital, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, Harefield Hospital, and multiple specialist clinics. He was awarded the President's Scholarship on admission to Imperial College London and was recently elected to sit on the Trustee Board as a Student Trustee. He also sits on Imperial College's Union Council as an elected Ordinary Member.  His research interests include Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, asthma & eczema and clinic chain management.

Beyond the medical field, Eric is also actively involved with the start-up community in London and Hong Kong, having participated in multiple social and business ventures. This includes leading a tech start-up based at Imperial Create Lab (Fully supported by Imperial Innovations). Currently, he is working on his latest venture: Eugicap.com. 


My Story

Born in Hong Kong in 1990s, I was raised at various parts of the city. Moving houses once every one or two years, I have lived at Lam Tin, Fotan, Shatin, Tsing Yi, Wanchai, Kowloon Tong etc. The constant change of environment was difficult for me at first, but eventually I got used to it. I studied at Alliance Primary School (Kowloon Tong), where heavy emphasis was placed on musical development. I received rigorous training for playing the oboe, and managed to attain an ATCL Diploma at the age of 12.

Receiving a 3-year full scholarship, I started my secondary school education at St.Paul's Co-educational College (SPCC) in Hong Kong. With a robust drive for academic excellence, SPCC was surprisingly balanced in terms of the extra-curricular opportunities that it provides. ..
